Senior Engineer (Commercial Team)

On behalf of one of our client, we are seeking a Senior Engineer to strengthen its commercial team. The position holder will have an active role in the design, study and implementation of HVAC projects, as well as in the management of technical and commercial demands in residential, commercial and industrial projects, contributing substantially to the development and technical excellence of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management and development of existing and new clientele, analysis of technical and commercial needs and recording of requests

• Conducting autopsies and technical evaluation of installation sites, where required

• Study, design and dimensioning of complex HVAC, ventilation and mechanical installations projects

• Preparation and control of technical drawings and selection of appropriate equipment and machinery

• Market research, evaluation and selection of suppliers, as well as control of technical and financial cost estimates

• Costing of projects and equipment and preparation of integrated technical and economic offers

• Presentation of technical solutions, support of technical negotiations and continuous communication with customers until the final agreement

• Monitoring of sales and project results and suggestions for optimization and development

• Participation and coordination of collection issues in collaboration with customers and internal departments

• Keeping, organizing and enriching technical documentation files and product brochures

• Monitor new HVAC technologies and products and transfer expertise to the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related specialty (HEI/University)

• 5+ years of professional experience in studying, designing and supervising technical projects (ideally HVAC/mechanical)

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and very good knowledge of the English language

• Technical leadership and team/project management ability

• Ability to solve complex technical issues and make decisions

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
