Job description

On behalf of our client, we seeking a Receptionist to join the Front Desk Team and be responsible for welcoming residents and guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, liaison between guests and internals teams and coordinating internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Front Desk team and perform on-going front desk duties.

  • Greeting and Welcoming guests, providing an optimal level of service and hospitality.

  • Making and confirming reservations for guests either in person, via the telephone or online.

  • Processing payments and issuing invoices.

  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve guest requests and concerns in a quick, efficient manner.

  • Completing any tasks or reports requested by the management.

  • Having a clear understanding of the Rental Scheme and which apartments are involved.

  • Working close with STAYS team and more specifically with the Reservation Team and handling reservation requests, special events, etc

Knowledge & Experience:

  • High School Diploma required. Qualification in Office Administration or Hospitality - related will be considered as an advantage.

  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in customer service, reception or hospitality is preferred.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer software's.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal written communication abilities in both Greek and English.

  • Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.

  • Shifts: Five shifts per week, 8am to 5pm (including a 1-hour break).
