Product Owner IB

On behalf of our client — a well-established player in the online trading and brokerage industry, with a global partner network spanning introducing brokers, affiliates and institutional partners across multiple regions — we're hiring an experienced Product Owner to lead their IB and Partner Ecosystem.

About the Role:
You will own and optimize all partner-facing systems, referral logic, commission structures, and reporting workflows. You'll play a key role in building scalable solutions that support IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners, while ensuring transparent, intuitive, and high-performing partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·       Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for theIB and Partner Portals.

·       Define, enhance, and maintain partner commission, referral, and performance management systems.

·       Collaborate closely with engineering and data analytics teams to ensure accurate calculations, tracking, and reporting.

·       Partner with Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Analytics teams to align product functionality with operational and regulatory requirements.

·       Drive transparency and usability across partner dashboards and user experiences.

·       Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

·       Benchmark industry-leading partner ecosystems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements
Must-Have

·       5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within fintech, brokerage, or online trading environments.

·       Strong understanding of IB/Affiliate programs, commission structures, referral models, and payout systems.

·       Hands-on experience working with data platforms, BI tools, and back-office integrations.

·       Proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.

·       Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

·       Experience withCRMandPartner Management Systems (PMS).

·       Familiarity withmulti-tier partner hierarchiesand regional revenue-share structures.
