Product Owner – Digital Assets

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of a next-generation crypto exchange trading platform across web and mobile.

In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle for trading experience, onboarding, and funding, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey from registration to trade execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, and data analytics teams to deliver a high-performance and compliant trading platform that meets the needs of both retail and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap for the trading platform (web and mobile), including client onboarding and funding flows.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

• Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business analysts to ensure high-quality product delivery.

• Partner with data analytics teams to measure and optimize trading flow performance, conversion, and engagement metrics.

• Ensure onboarding, funding, and trading experiences are intuitive, consistent, and compliant with regulatory and UX best practices.

• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure proper testing coverage and release readiness.

• Act as the voice of the user, focusing on usability, performance, and trust throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within fintech, crypto exchange, or banking, ideally working on trading platforms.

• Strong understanding of trading mechanics, order execution, and market operations (crypto or FX/CFD experience preferred).

• Proven experience managing multi-platform products (web and mobile).

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, QA, BA, and data analytics.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret trading metrics and user data.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern product tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Figma.

• Understanding of KYC processes, onboarding flows, funding mechanisms, and regulatory requirements in financial environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with crypto exchanges or brokerage trading platforms.

• Familiarity with order book systems, liquidity providers, or API-based trading integrations.

• Knowledge of real-time data systems, WebSocket-driven interfaces, or trading dashboards.

• Experience working in international or fast-scaling product teams.
