Job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Part-Time Director to join a brokerage firm operating in an international financial services environment. The role will focus on providing strategic oversight, ensuring compliance with Seychelles regulatory requirements, and supporting the management team in key operational and governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the brokerage business

  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and legal requirements in Seychelles

  • Participate in board meetings and contribute to key management decisions

  • Oversee company performance, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks

  • Support the development and execution of business strategies and partnerships

  • Review financial reports and monitor operational performance

  • Advise management on regulatory changes, industry trends, and market developments

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in Financial Services, Brokerage, Banking, or Investment sectors

  • Previous experience as a Director, Senior Manager, Advisor, or in a similar leadership role is preferred

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and financial regulations

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

    Working Hours

  • Part-time engagement (approximately 5–10 hours per week or as required for board meetings and strategic decisions)
