Job description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & PR Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. You will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, corporate events, and branding activities while contributing to the overall success and visibility of a prestigious organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Marketing & PR department, including filing, tenders, agreements, invoices, and general documentation.
Manages stocktaking and distribution of marketing materials and project-related items.
Assists with the creation, coordination, and delivery of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, CGIs, and other promotional content.
Supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, press, and outdoor channels.
Assists with the organisation and coordination of events, press conferences, photo/video shoots, presentations, and business trips.
Supports PR activities, including media coverage, articles, editorials, and interviews across relevant markets.
Assists with sponsorships, brand partnerships, and seasonal branding initiatives, including decorations and signage.
Conducts market and competitor analysis when required.
Coordinates courier and messenger requests.
Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management, the Marketing & PR Manager, and/or the General Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business, Events, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year) will be considered an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, including excellent proofreading skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
Excellent computer skills.
Commitment to complying with the Company’s Health and Safety regulations.
Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and weekends when required for events and activities.
