Job description

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Logistics Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, the accuracy of stocks and the proper management of shipments. It collaborates with the transportation and warehouse departments to optimize processes, ensures compliance with safety standards, and supports customers in their pickups.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management and monitoring of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring the correct registration of all inventory movements.

  • Creation and management of documents in the system for receipts, shipments and other warehouse movements.

  • Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are timely and correctly registered in the system.

  • Provide data and reports from WMS to support inventory tracking and warehouse operations.

  • Working with the transportation department and the Outbound Team Lead to coordinate shipments and loadings.

  • Monitor and update the relevant transport and shipping documents.

  • Support customers who come to the warehouse to pick up orders.

  • Ensuring that customer orders are ready and properly registered in the system for pickup or shipment.

  • Support in the process of inventories and inventory controls.

  • Maintaining proper archiving and management of warehouse documents.

  • Cooperation with the Warehouse Manager and the warehouse team for the smooth operation of the processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Experience in the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse management will be considered an additional qualification.

  • Skills in organization and time management.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various departments.

  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
