EU Funding Project Manager

AmaDema, a company specializing in the development and manufacture of next-generation advanced materials, is strengthening its strategic position, with funding from Horizon Europe, EDF, EIC and national R&D frameworks as a core growth lever.

To support this growth, we are looking for an EU Funding Project Manager to lead the company’s funding strategy - identifying suitable EU and national funding opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, and managing awarded projects through to delivery. This role will be instrumental in supporting the commercialisation and scaling of AmaDema’s operations.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and structuring of competitive project concepts

• Coordinate international consortia

• Lead proposal drafting (Excellence, Impact, Implementation)

• Integrate exploitation and commercialization strategy

• Develop multi-year funding roadmap aligned with business growth

• Represent AmaDema in European innovation networks

Required Profile

• MSc or PhD in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of proposal coordination for projects in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, marine or similar sectors.

• Major involvement in proposal writing and project management upon completion of at least: 3 Horizon projects, 3 EDF projects, 3 national projects
