Job description
CTO is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the Group’s technology ecosystem.
The CTO works closely with the in-house junior software developer and multiple external technology partners to drive automation, digital integration, and operational efficiency across all subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
1.Technology Strategy & Governance
Define and maintain the Group’s Technology Roadmap, aligned with business goals
Approve technology budgets and monitor cost efficiency
Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance practices
Ensure system reliability, performance, and business continuity across the Group
Participation in the development of processes and proposals for continuous improvement
Improvement of procedures related to service flows
2. Vendor Management & Orchestration
Manage all external technology vendors and solution providers.
Lead contract negotiations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and ongoing performance reviews
Ensure vendors deliver aligned, cost-effective, and high-quality services
3. Integration & Digital Transformation
Oversee ERP, 3PL, CRM, logistics, and other enterprise system integrations
Drive automation initiatives and digital visibility across subsidiaries
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and digital innovation
Proposals for automation or restructuring of internal operations
4. Project Delivery & Outsourced Development
Scope, source, brief and manage external software development partners
Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope requirements are met
Implement best practices for documentation, testing and deployment
5. Subsidiary Support & Governance
Translate Group-level technology strategy into actionable roadmaps for each subsidiary
Provide Tier-2 advisory support and escalate technical issues as needed
Ensure alignment of subsidiary systems and processes with Group standards
6. Professionalism & Effectiveness at Work
Active support of the Group’s values and principles in every action and decision.
Effective implementation and execution of the Group’s policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
Performance of duties in accordance with the Group’s standards and policy on Occupational Health & Safety.
Participation in departmental or management briefing meetings.
Execution of any other duties that fall within the scope of the role and may be assigned by the direct Supervisor and/or company Management.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
8–15+ years of progressive IT experience including senior leadership roles
proven experience in technology strategy, IT governance, cybersecurity oversight, and budget management
strong background in ERP, CRM, logistics systems, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
solid vendor management and contract negotiation experience
demonstrated success managing outsourced software development and complex IT projects
excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
ability to operate at Group level and align multiple subsidiaries with common technology standards and policies.
