Job description
On behalf of our client, a growing payment solutions provider, we are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Associate to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will support the development of new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of the company across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective clients and business partners
Generate leads and support the development of the sales pipeline
Arrange and participate in client meetings and presentations
Present the company’s payment solutions to potential clients
Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Support the client onboarding process in coordination with internal teams
Monitor market developments, competitors, and potential opportunities
Contribute towards achieving business development and revenue targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in business development, sales, fintech, payments, banking, or financial services will be considered an advantage
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Fluency in Russian will be considered a strong advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proactive, confident, and results-oriented approach
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
