AmaDema is seeking a Administration & Operations Assistant to support structured administrative and CRM governance as defined in our organizational architecture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Financial documentation and invoice monitoring

  • CRM updates and reporting support

  • Administrative coordination with suppliers and partners

  • Executive support

  • Documentation governance

Required Profile

  • Proven background in administrative support, operations, or as an executive assistant

  • Experience monitoring financial documentation

  • Strong documentation governance and structural organizational skills

  • Professional verbal and written skills for vendor, partner, and executive coordination
