AmaDema is seeking a Administration & Operations Assistant to support structured administrative and CRM governance as defined in our organizational architecture.
Responsibilities
Financial documentation and invoice monitoring
CRM updates and reporting support
Administrative coordination with suppliers and partners
Executive support
Documentation governance
Required Profile
Proven background in administrative support, operations, or as an executive assistant
Experience monitoring financial documentation
Strong documentation governance and structural organizational skills
Professional verbal and written skills for vendor, partner, and executive coordination
